NEW FAVORITE!!! I know, I know...I say that every time I make something. I'll admit it, everything is my favorite. But, this one is so adorable! Three beautiful layers of ruffles. SO sweet on little girls. Pair it with some jeans...BEAUTIFUL!!!!
